Need a floor plan drawn

I have a draft floor plan drawn but I need someone to put it in a blueprint where the builder can estimate the renovation work that needs to be done. The builder needs details of beams, bracing, drainage, rooflines etc. in order for them to provide the quote. The renovation that I planned to do: Main House 1. Extend 2 meters at the back of the house for the extension of office and extension of master bedroom (en suite and walk-in wardrobe) 2. Extend 0.5 meter in the side of the house for extension of office and bedroom 3. Open living room and kitchen 4. Relocate kitchen exhaust 4. Renovate toilet to add the laundry 5. Cabinet for walk-in wardrobe 6. Fix cabinet/storage 7. Change some doors to sliding door 8. Add new bedroom 9, Relocate front door 10. Change the lightings (should be embedded in the ceiling if possible) 11. Insolate ceiling, walls and floor (there's already insulation but not sure for the floors) 12. Re-carpet and installing LVT If I missed something, it is in the floor plan or I can go through the plan with you. Garage 1. Install ceiling and walls 2. New outlets 3. 2 bedrooms Sleepout 1. Toilet and kitchen 2. Opening to toilet and kitchen I will need someone to look at the house and not just the picture, drawings provided.
