Draft plans for container sleepout

Hi, I’m looking for a draughtsman to draw up plans for a small 30sqm container sleepout using two 20ft new containers (which will include small kitchen and bathroom, and a basic sloping roof). Attached photo is indicative of the planned design. I already have a design in mind and just need the minimum plans required for consent. Ideally someone who has experience with container homes and understands what council is looking for when assessing a consent application for them. Location of the site the container home will be placed on is Waitarere Beach but we are in Auckland so I don’t mind where you are based. Indicative quotes please. Thanks
