Foxton Beach deck plans

We need plans drawn up for a 1st floor deck off the rear of a bach. The deck will be a simple timber design 3.5m deep and 5m wide with stairs leading down to ground. It will be approximately 2.5m above the ground. We have a builder ready to do the job, just need the plans and consent. Hope to have the project finished by end of November, however unsure how long the consent process takes.
