I need an astute draghtman to help me get resource consent for an extension that I am doing for my kiwiana 1961 batch located in my Foxton beach. Im want to gut the inside of the house, install new bathroom, kitchen and do an extension at the back. Im a DIY man and am getting in some mates to help me do the work. Current batch internal foot print is 10m x 5 x thereabouts 50m2
