Adding a room to our bach
Job description
We need someone to convert concept plans which we have drawn up ourselves for an addition to our bach into working drawings so we can obtain quotes and seek building consent. The plans are for a new bedroom and deck (highlightedin the picture attached). We are in the process of obtaining the plans for the existing bach from council. The additions will be in the same style / materials so it's largely a case of matching what is shown in the council plans. We have no immediate deadline to complete the work.

We have used George to prepare plans for some renovations to our holiday house. George did this on time and at a very competitive price. More surprisingly he was able to offer creative input into what we had proposed and suggest improvements which we have implemented to make the renovations more cost effective and liveable. We will use George for the construction based on the very positive experience we have had working with him to date.
