Concept plans drawn for home and income x 3 relocated new houses, maybe versertile kitset garage/ granny flat and if do 4 sites then I will pick existing house up and build subfloor under it and move it to lot 1 of 4 also the existing garage has to be moved to make way for driveway.. Lift on to subfloor as well. Also need a quantity surveyor to do a feasibility on subdivision and a over all costing of project, need a engineer for storm water pipe as well as a drain layer?
