Interior fit out of new shed

I’m having a new shed built by totalspan but all it will be when constructed is a shell. I’m wanting to put a bathroom, small kitchen & laundry area in. This needs to added to the building consent but I have been instructed to get someone to draw up plans for this and have it back to totalspan to have it submitted for consent by the end of May.
