Redesign of a family bathroom and bedroom

We have a large family bathroom, a separate toilet, and a small bedroom in the back of the house. We would like to redesign these rooms and create one family bathroom with toilet, and a study room with built-in bookshelves, a working bench/table , and two chairs with a coffee table.
