Draughted plans required for bathroom remodel - suitable for building consent.

I'm planning on reconfiguring the bathroom, toilet and laundry into 1 space by removing non load bearing walls, as I want to remove some existing exterior windows and change the location and size of the new window(s), I will need a consent. I also will be removing the acrylic shower tray and add a wet floor shower into concrete floor, which also requires consent. I require plans to be drawn to submit to council for consent purposes. I have the original 1985 hand draughted plans for your reference. 1985 Summit stone brick, 2 bedroom unit in Havelock North. Ideally I would start this process immediately upon engagement with you.
