Deck design a

I need a deck designed to replace my old deck which is falling to bits. I want it to wrap right around the front of the house to make safer and enable access to windows and guttering. This deck will be 3.5 meters off the ground at the highest point. Will need to be presented and signed off by council. Will just be constructed from Pine with wooden balustrade. Nothing super fancy :)
