Drawing up house plans of an existing house for planned relocation

I am in the process of buying a section and will be moving a relocation home onto it in the next two months (all going to plan). I need proper drawings done to building code in order to submit to council for building consent. I have used an app called RoomSketcher to design my future planned renovations in order to be able to apply for those at the same time.
