Building Plans and Consents for 52 Masters Ave 3216

Prepare plans and submit building consents for the following jobs; 1. New ensuite in the master bedroom. The floor plan of the master bedroom will be changed to incorporate an ensuite and a walkthrough wardrobe. I also want to add a floor to ceiling bay-window in this bedroom. The bay-window will only extend as far as the soffit so the roof doesn't need to be altered. 2. The load bearing wall between the kitchen and lounge will be opened up. The new gap will be 3.2m. I also want to add a study-nook however I'm unsure if this needs to be consented. This will require widening a doorway to 1.8m All I need is the plans and consents. I will carry out the demo work myself and employ tradies as required.
