Conservatory conversion and Deck design

We have purchased a house with a (consented) conservatory which really needs to go. The roof is leaking water and the whole thing leaks heat. We want to repurpose the 5-6m2 into a timber stud kitchen and dining space. everything from the floor up needs to go. The new area will open onto a new deck in the pool area which you will also design. We would like all plans drawn up in time to give council and our builder time to get this completed by late March and the temperatures starting to drop.
