This is a new build. The garage floors are about to go down so would like help soon . I need to submit altered plans to council as I have added a kitchen window in one house only to the original plans, I had requested level entry but was not considered or remembered, and a change of some cladding. There may be other missing detail not yet discovered. The original plans were drawn by a contractor but the build did not go ahead with them hence the need for some help. A new contractor is now working on site. The build is a duplex on each of two sites.
