Design for a sleepout

I wish to change the southern-most bay of the existing 3-bay garage, into a sleepout. The north bay has consented as a sleepout in 2013. I wish to upgrade southern-most garage to a habitable room with a new ranch slider and opening sash and an ensuite that in the sleepout. I have already discussed with City Council and they told yes, I am allowed to make it but need to make the garage habitable and for that, I need to submit a proper Architectural Design. Here I have attached the existing design and marked with a red line the area that I want to change to a sleepout. Please let me know if you have any more queries and willing to visit my place.
