Floor plan and consent submission to council for demo of load bearing wall

We want to demo a wall in our 1924 bungalow house in Hamilton East, I need floor plans to be drawn up and the consent submitted to council. We would like this work to be done as soon as possible as we would like the building to commence ASAP. This is a load bearing wall.
