Garage conversion

I want plans drawn up to Convert internal garage into kitchen, bathroom and living area that I can use to quote and submit to council. Build wall to block off two bedrooms that connects to garage, so makes a self contained unit attached to main house. Build wall with slider door where garage door is. Build and install kitchen, bathroom in garage. Plans to include drainage, sewage connections etc. This is a 4 year old house so we have all the plans.
