garage conversion and design for linking house to new studio.

We have recently purchased a 1930's Bungalow in Hamilton East, Hamilton and would like the advice/services of an architect or designer/builder to assist with the concept/design for a modest renovation. We with to develop one half of a double garage into studio/guest space and require some assistance to design a linking space between the house and studio, this would also require re-thinking the existing kitchen layout, and hopefully incorporating a new laundry and bathroom. We would also like to extend the footprint of the existing lounge.
