I require house plans for resource consent on a duplex on a brownfields site. I am currently arranging a topographical survey and geotechnical / stormwater investigation which I will provide in due course. I have a general scheme plan and digital boundaries available and an idea of what I am after. At this stage I just require concept drawings, including elevations, floor plan for the purpose of attaining a land-use consent from HCC.
