House extension- designer needed.

We are buying a new home, we need to add another master bedroom and walk in robe. Turning the current master into kids room. We also need to add an extension for the office, and possibly the laundry extension. We need a designer to do the plans for us. We have a building company and are needing a designer for on going work.

Designs for removing fireplace/ walls

Hi, I want to take out the fireplace which has the hot water cylinder on the other side- and the wall they sit on so I can open up the kitchen lounge area. I also want to create a third bedroom- which is taking down its current dining room wall and extending it out. (I don't think this is load bearing because it already has an opening in the wall for retro sliding glass double doors. The house is in Westport. Not sure how easy this is going to be- regarding architects/engineers in Westport...
