x2 new homes

We require someone to Draught a set of working plans and structural detail to allow us to apply for Building Consent to the Gisborne City Council for the construction of x2 dwellings on the one Section. We have had discussions with GCC as to what we can and can't build and have Concept Site and floor plans as well as Elevations ready to be formalised by the relevant Consultant and presented to Council. We are hoping to have Building Consent achieved through Winter with a view to commence works in Spring / Summer.
