Garage into a self contained unit

We have a skyline garage on our property that we want to convert into a self contained unit. We need a draftsman to draw it up for concent. It will be an open plan kitchenette and bedroom with a bathroom. Kitchen will just have a sink (no oven). The bathroom will have a shower, vanity and toilet. We have some windows we will be replacing with larger ones and we will close off the garage door. The building is under 30m2 We would love to have this done ASAP.
