Bathroom Colombo

HI there We have a tiny space which has been walled off from the main bathroom and of which served as a laundry and additional toilet. We want to install a shower into this space and have this consented. The area is 1135mm x 2650mm I know this is a little job but would appreciate any Waiuku or Pukekohe based draughtsperson who knows how to get council to eat out of their hands to achieve our consent with speed. I need someone who is not completely snowed under. Please note we don't require a painter. Regards
