Job description
Require a draughtsman with CAD and computer experience, with access to LBP certification. We have an existing building consent already issued, but this will be a major variation for this consent for Auckland Council. We would like to add a front porch, redesign a roofing join to allow for upstairs storage room, extend a living area, include a woodburning fireplace with wetback and radiators and relocate two garages - (one already on site - being moved approx 5m, and another with working drawings already which would be new to site.) (Original building permit already has approved engineers report for installation of steel beam, which will carry the load for the room upstairs)

Excellent choice to go with for our project. Tim delivered on budget and on time, and resolved issues we had with previous plans. Great communicator and problem solver, and would not hesitate to engage again or recommend him to others.
