Job description
Looking for a draftsman to do drawings and help apply for a consent asap please This is for a simple louvre on the 1st floor balcony in Paihia in the bay of islands. We have many details so it should be something that could be done without having to visit the space We are in the process of preparing for the fitout of our new restaurant. We are hoping you maybe able to help apply for a building consent for us. We are planning to install a louvre system on the 1st floor balcony . We have been quoted the job by outdoor edge in Whangarei and we are happy to proceed but unfortunately he does not provide drawings or assist with consents. We have all the details of the system as well as producer statements. Really hope someone can help us. We are desperately running out of out of time. We would like to install in July so need to get the consent going rather soon to have all the boxes ticked by then. Very very pleased with the work that Modern Design has done for us. We urgently needed drawings done for a building consent application. Ray put together the drawings for us in an amazingly short time frame, even working over the Easter long weekend. He is incredibly efficient with his communication and has been in contact with us to insure all is going well with the council even after hes job is done. I would not hesitate to recommend his services for anyone needing any architectural work done
