Reception area design and architecture needeed

We require an architect to provide plans suitable to submit to council for the refurb of the reception area and a couple of offices at our business premises. There won't be any external changes. We pretty much already know what we want but don't have the skills or knowledge to draw it up etc. It will require a mezzanine floor over part of it and will need tying into the existing offices there but with our limited building knowledge none of it should be a major.
