Kitchen Remodel /Ensuite Addition

We are wanting to open up our kitchen by removing walls separating our living room and utilizing space from an oversized laundry to increase the overall footprint. We also want to add an ensuite with in the combined space. *EDIT* we require someone to draw up house plans first as the property is old and there doesn't appear to be floor plans available anywhere (via council etc). From these we would then work through reconfiguration.
