Sleepout/Airbnb

We would like to build a new dwelling at the rear of our sloping section. It will initially be a detached, self-contained bedroom for our teenage son but will ultimately become an Airbnb. If you have an understanding of latest requirements regarding consents for a residential and commercial dwelling, please apply. Will need to have double room, wardrobe, kitchenette, toilet, shower, water and power facilities. Dimensions something like 7 x 4 metres. Doesn’t need to be state-of-the-art – we are looking to economise - but by the same token, we do want a good quality, durable build that looks really tidy. Issues to consider will be the mildly sloping yard – there will need to be some earth moving and probably removal of old decking, brick wall and other retaining features before building starts. Also access to back yard is potentially a little tricky. Photos attached. Timing is of the essence. We need to get this done ASAP. Money ready!
