drafting for four town houses

I require plans drawn suitable for council to construct a small apartment block of four 100m2 apartments/town houses. I have a concept that works site boundaries, height plains, car parking etc. We're aiming for first home buyers and as such the building will need to be built well, but of stocked material with no bespoke features. This is stage one of two developments on this site and I'm looking to develop a long standing relationship with a quality firm.
