Renovation of self contained area

We require a draughtsperson with residential experience to draft plans for a self contained unit in our basement garage. We have approximately 40sqm to work with and have existing plans of the property. The space is going to consist of a bathroom, kitchenette and lounge/bedroom. We also want to add internal stairs in.
