Garden Shed within a greenhouse structure

Building consent required as the overall structure is 7 x 7 meters. I have basic plans drawn of what is required. Green house with polycarbonate cladding with a 3 x 4.8 garden shed located within the overall structure. the shed will be fully insulated with plywood floor . I have a builder I need the plans to be drafted correctly for the building consent. it will be 2.5m high at the apex. We need to commence as soon as we are able over the cooler months as the ground can get quite hard (and it is too hot )
