Detached Workroom reno and extension

I am looking for an architect to draw up plans (including drainage etc) covering everything needed to submit for Council Building Consent process. Existing detached work room to be reno'd and have small kitchen put in and an extension build behind it of a bathroom (2.8 x 2.1?) With a hall leading from work room past bathroom to a bedroom (3.8 x 5?) With part of the 5m being used for a dressing room with a loft above the dressing room. Have drawn up plans with measurements, but I need a professional.
