Architect design plans to convert vacant office space to apartments.

I have a building in the main street of Thames. zoned Pedestrian which allows residential on the 1st floor. currently vacant office space. the floor area supports 3- 2 bedroom apartments. I am looking for a supporting Architect from anywhere in New Zealand to joint our team of the Owner (Sydney based). Project Mgr (Ak), Engineer & Builder's (local). who can work with us and provide plans and documents up to building consent. The building also requires Earthquake strengthening which will be completed at the same time as the new apartments. The existing as built and draft plans for 3 apartments are ready and can be downloaded as a file with site photos, Site visits are not necessary as any questions issues or queries can be answer'd quickly by project manager or onsite builder.
