New recreation room and garages 4

We are looking for a architect or designer who can design and get Council approval for us to develop a large recreation room/bunk rooms, outside kitchen, swimming pool and 4 bay garage on our 5 acre block in the Wentworth Valley, Whangamata. We are looking something interesting - not just plain buildings and we are also interested in green building techniques/design and fittings. We are going to use this building to house fathers and sons from broken marriages - a free service to help father son relationships in a world where divorce is becoming the norm.
