New House design

We are looking at building a house on our lifestyle block just out of Balclutha. We have a basic idea of what we want in a house but need an architect to help us formulate that idea into a detailed plan. Being from the deep south warmth, insulation and passive heating is very important to us so someone who has experience in this area would help. We also want to incorporate recycled wood into the design to give the home some character.
