Church house extension

We own a double brick church built in 1898 which has been converted to a house. We intend to build an extension onto the building which will house a new laundry, bathroom and toilet - 3 separate rooms totaling approx 24 square metres. This will require putting a doorway into an existing double brick wall. We would like someone to draw up the plans, offer advice on options for the best possible result for the best price so we can then look to find the right builder for the job. We would like to have this extension fully completed before winter 2016!
