New home build

I'm looking at getting a draftsman to draw up plans for our new home build. It will be about 200/250 sqm but that depends on how the plan works, pricing etc. I have pulled together a few different drawings to get the basic layout and concept we want. Am looking for someone to refine what we've done and draw up a full set of plans that can be sent to council. I will most likely be building it myself or doing a labour only type build.
