House Renovation
Job description
We require drawings for our house renovation where we would like to rearrange the first level of our house including moving the kitchen and installing a wood burner. We also would like drawings for the rearrangement of our ensuite bathroom. We have lots of ideas and need to see if these are possible. A builder has had a brief look and says it is all achievable, and we also have the original house plans.

We highly recommend Sam. He was extremely thorough, visiting us at the job site to fully understand what our requirements were. He has a detailed understanding of the consent process and saw the practical implications of what we wanted to achieve, advising us on the best solutions. He produced all the necessary consent drawings as well providing the extra details he thought would be helpful for the engineer. He charged us a very reasonable price given the quality of his work :-)
