Needing initial estimate/quote for work for finance approval. Work to include plans for conversion of double garage to living space, plus addition of new extension to garage for ensuite. Quote needed asap, work on plans to commence as soon as finance approved with the aim to start building consent applications and book in builders asap. Happy to arrange visit onsite to view and assess requirements.

Tony was fast to respond to any queries and was professional. He offered great advice for us first timers on our small garage conversion & extension, which was reassuring and helpful. He will follow through and oversee the building project from start to finish. Excellent job, would highly recommend.
