Removing wall

I'm a builder myself, we currently have 2 customers wanting quotes for bathroom renovation which include removing a wall. Is there anyone out there that can advise if the walls are supporting/bracing elements of the house and if they can be removed. Design lbp or engineer? Can this be done by as builts or would it require a site visit. This is a common occurrence we get asked to remove walls, would be nice to find someone to review drawings and advise for each job. Currently in quoting stage so even a price I could include in my quotes for your review would be great.
