Need help with developing a house floor plan

I need help with developing a good house floor plan with a build floor area about 180 to 190 sq. meters. Land area is 500 sq. meters. I will be able to give rough dimensions of the plot. I myself can draw a plan using Autocad, but I am not an architect. I need someone who can come up with a good floor plan that meets our requirements. In fact I already have a few plans. But still I thought I will explore if it is an expensive to get an architect's service. I have a builder.
