Design Review for CCC Exemption
Job description
We have produced a design for beam installation at our property which will be undergoing renovation. Two interior walls are to be removed with 290*90 beams installed in their place. Other interior walls (lath and plaster) will be relined to conform with gib bracing specs to make up for the reduction of cross bracing. All drawings and calculations completed to date will be provided to designer for consideration and approval. Successful design will need to have proven track record with CCC and have LBP-Design accreditation as minimum.

My partner and I engaged Brooke at Sole Residential Design to aid us with our council consenting application and to review our designs and calculations.
