We engaged Phil to prepare and submit construction drawings to council, and were very happy with the end result. There were a couple of hold ups as Phil was tied up with other things, but we weren't on a tight schedule. His quoted price was extremely competitive, although there were a couple of add on's for RFI's (I imagine the more expensive quotes would have allowed for any additional costs). *Apologies for the late review :)
