Prepare garage plans (for building consent)

I require someone to draught up plans for a combined garage/carport for my Waipawa property. I already have measurements, a floor plan, and elevation sketches that I can provide. The pad is already bring prepared. I need these turned into plans that I can present to the Council (CHBDC) to support my application for a building consent. I also need to present the plans to my builder so that we can price and timetable the job effectively. The plans will need to include appropriate details on bracing for a high wind zone. The project is to include new materials (the framing) and reclaimed materials (the cladding) where this can achieve a Council consent.
