I require a full set of drawings for Building consent . I have a section in Te Awa and we have a concept currently that we would like drawn up to submit for consent. The house is approx. 218sqm. I would be providing you with a further detailed plan and elevations as we have essentially resolved the design and would just need a set of plans drawn and submitted to council. We would require this asap as title is due to be released next month and we would like the plans in council as soon as possible
