Plans/ideas for new layout of home

We are wanting to change the layout of our 120 square metre home. We currently have a 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom home. We want to try and create better indoor/outdoor flow to enhance our outdoor entertainment area. We also want to move the laundry appliances away from the back door area and try to add a second toilet or re design the bathroom move the toilet out of the bathroom.
