Building consent documentation - unique one bedroom unit in an urban forest.

We need an LBP or registered architect to prepare building consent documentation for a alteration / new build of a small dwelling in Lyttelton. We can provide design drawings and a site survey. Essentially there are two existing structures, one (the cabin) needs to be relined and converted to a bedroom and bathroom. A new structure will be build attached to the old structure. providing a kitchen and living space (approx. 75m2 total). The second existing building (the cottage) just needs services and to be relined. Its a fun project!
