New garage

We want to build a garage in the front of our section. As we live in Lyttelton, this requires some excavation. We have obtained a geotech report which confirms the site is ok for this project. We would like a draftsman to cover the project from concept to building permit, however we're on a tight budget, and would appreciate this being taken into account.
