small new house on hillside with pole foundations

We have a hill site in Cass Bay and are wanting construction plans and building consent application. Also looking for engineering plans for retaining for driveway, and pole foundations for the dwelling. house approx. 100m2, site is about 850m2. We have drawn a concept which is a simple rectangle with 3 bedrooms - open to concept ideas before final working plans. We want to start right away as want to start construction by September 2016. Topo survey done and geotech being done this week. We don't want to pay for 'architect' price consultation, just experienced house design and drawing common sense. We realise the engineering plans may require a different person.

Thomas had an initial meeting onsite and discussed our provisional plan for the build , completed the first stage on time as planned, and made helpful suggestions, along with communicating promptly to phone calls, and answering queries by email. Very friendly yet professional.
