Complete drawings and building consent application and process. An engineer will provide calculations. The changes are to an internal wall that has structural posts and bracing. The changes are part of a kitchen re-design and results in moving the wall and post 300mm. Design sketches as well as previous plans of the house are available. Critically important that the draftsperson can complete the work quickly and meet council requirements.
